Here are three easy Flows that you can configure in less than 5 minutes to increase the adoption and engagement on an Akumina-driven intranet.

Form Auto Responder

You can tie an easy-to-build Akumina form into a Flow to notify a user, users, or distribution groups of form submissions with a custom layout, subject line, and “from” email address.

Site Alert Notifications

It’s great that you can display a site-wide alert on the intranet announcing that the office is closing down early because of snow or reminding that benefits forms are due to HR by the end of the month. But what if something needs immediate attention? Maybe something like “The fire alarm is for real this time?”

Tying a Flow to the Akumina Site Alert app allows a user to post the alert on the site as they normally do. Users can also blast an email notification to the team or text (premium subscription required) with the notice as well as a link for further instructions if needed.
