Use Calendar for Important Dates

Hello,

I am trying to put an ImportantDates widget on the page, and am trying to link to a Calendar list instead of ImportantDates_AK as described here: https://content.akumina.com/learningcenter/Content/WG/WRG2ImpDates.htm

I am trying to use the Calendar_AK calendar, I have "Dates are from Calendar" checked and the "Calendar Display" is set to month. View all links is "Calendar.aspx". I have 5 events in the Calendar_AK calendar, though the Items on my ImportantDates widget is empty. Is there something I missed?

Figured it out - I missed that you had to flag the calendar events as 'featured' to show up
